These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.spanishwithfede.com and the purchase of digital learning products offered on it. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the website
You may browse the site and use the free practice exercises for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or reproduce its content without permission.
2. Purchases & digital products
Learning Packs are digital products delivered electronically after payment through our payment provider. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
3. Refunds
Because packs are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a problem, contact us and we will do our best to help.
4. Intellectual property
All content — including text, audio, exercises and designs — is the property of SpanishWithFede and may not be redistributed, resold or shared without written consent.
5. Trial lessons
Free trial lessons are subject to availability and scheduling. They are intended for genuine prospective students and may be limited to one per person.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the site or its materials, to the extent permitted by law.
